How Snapajoy uses cookies on the web editor and this website.

We use a single HTTP-only authentication cookie (JWT) to keep you securely logged in while editing your album. This cookie is set after OTP verification and expires when your session ends. No personal data is stored in the cookie itself.
Snapajoy does not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies that identify you. Your browsing activity on our site is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
To understand which pages are useful, we count page visits ourselves — no third party is involved and nothing is sold or shared. By default this uses only a temporary id held for the current browser tab, which disappears when you close it. If you agree when asked, we also store a random id in your browser so repeat visits aren't counted as new ones; declining, or clearing your browser storage, removes it. Either way we record only which page was viewed, how long it was open, your screen-size band and the site that linked you — never your name, email, photos or album contents. Separately, our two shortcuts to WhatsApp — the QR printed on the back of a photobook, and the snapajoy.com/whatsapp link we share on social media — each add 1 to a daily total when used, so we know they are working. Those counts are kept on our server and record nothing at all about the person: not the order number in the QR link, not where the link was tapped, and nothing stored on their phone.
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that blocking the authentication cookie will require you to re-verify via OTP each time you access the editor. For more details, see our Privacy policy.
